BUS SCHEDULES

  • All bus riders are to be lined up 10 minutes prior to school bus arrival
    Todos los pasajeros de camion deben de ser formados de la fila 10 minutos antes de llegada de autobus escolar
  • Bus stop times are estimates only.  Please take into account traffic and delays due to student behavior
    Tiempos de parada de autobus son estimados solo, tienen en cuenta por favor trafico y demoras
  • All School rules apply at bus stops
    Todas las reglas aplican en la parada de autobus
 

All TK and Kindergarten students must be picked up from the bus stop by an authorized person listed on the ORANGE CARD.

  • The authorized person must BE ABLE TO present a valid ID at all times, especially when a substitute driver is present.
  • Students must be picked up directly from the bus door to ensure proper identification.
  • If no authorized person is present or identification cannot be verified, students will not be released and will be returned to the school office.

Todos los estudiantes de TK y Kindergarten deben ser recogidos en la parada del autobús por una persona autorizada que esté en la TARJETA NARANJA.

  • La persona autorizada debe poder presentar una identificación válida en todo momento, especialmente cuando hay un conductor sustituto.
  • Los estudiantes deben ser recogidos directamente en la puerta del autobús para asegurar una identificación adecuada.
  • Si no hay una persona autorizada presente o no se puede verificar la identificación, no se entregará al estudiante y será regresado a la oficina de la escuela.

Foggy Weather Procedures

In the event of foggy conditions over the coming months, the following procedures will be in place to ensure student safety:

Safety First: If fog creates hazardous conditions for children, school may be delayed or canceled.

Delays:

  • If a delay is announced, all classes and bus schedules will begin two (2) hours later than usual.

  • If foggy conditions persist after the initial delay, school may be canceled for the day.

Stay Informed:

  • Please tune in to your local radio or television stations for the latest updates regarding delays or closures.

  • You may also check online at http://alertline.kern.org/ for real-time school status updates.

Dismissal Time:

  • If school is in session, students will be dismissed at the regular time.

  • Schools will operate on a normal schedule unless otherwise announced.
